The Domus Digital News Vault is a proprietary, web-based application developed exclusively for use by Domus, Inc. and our PR clients. Now, for the first time, it is available to every PR professional.

We are continually enhancing this product with new capabilities, and are able to customize this powerful tool as required to meet your specific needs. Here are some of the major features we’ve built in to the Domus Digital News Vault:

GLOBAL FEATURES

• Resides at Domus-hosted Unique Domain, with client-branded URL  (i.e. ClientName.PRVault.com)
• Log-in Options
• Unique credentials for tracking individuals
• General log-in for specific campaigns
• Verified or non-verified self-registration
• “Remember me” and password help feature
• Registration fields: first name, last name, publication, title, e-mail, request for info on company.
• Registration/User preferences stored with log-in:
• Text document options (Word or PDF)
• Image Files (high res vs. low res
• Help and contact links on each page.
• File size indicated with each document shown

BASIC VAULT FEATURES

• Branded with company logo on standard "generic"' vault design.
• Unlimited number of text documents, static image, or animated (i.e. flash) documents, and PowerPoint
• “Shopping Cart” functionality includes:
• Viewing mode in daughter window
• Three layers of hierarchy - main categories, subcategories, and individual items
• Point-and-click addition or removal of items from press kit
• Auto-compilation and compression of selected items
• Digital Press Kit distribution through standard File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or as e-mail attachments
• Document format choices include text, MSWord and PDF
• Image options to be high resolution and low resolution
• Visitor has option to review and modify what is about to be sent.
• Confirmation Page after sending, and confirmation e-mail

ENHANCED VAULT FEATURES

• Customized design and layout to match corporate identity.
• Multiple Vaults accessed through branded portal jump page
• Individual permissions for multiple vaults
• Multi-level permission access per vault
• e-mail alerts when specific actions or transactions occur

• Content Management Module (CMS) allowing client to add and remove documents from their own vault, as well as make changes to the user access database
